Setting Your Goals






We are all aware of the amazing spirit people have when a desired plan is put into place.
Often the difference between those who achieve and those who don’t is the ability to conceptualise what we want from the subconscious to conscious level.

In establishing a goal you must be able to visualise what you want and have the desire to achieve it. If you cannot believe or see where you want to get to, how are you going to stay motivated to do well?
Your goal must be based on an internal desire to give you the sustained energy to continue along the path of your goal.

Choose a goal that is measurable.
If it is not easily defined it is not easily monitored. If it is hard to monitor it is hard to achieve as you are not rewarded by improving along the way. Keep it really simple,readable and visual

Write your goals down
Break it up into smaller steps or tactics to keep you going on a daily basis toward achieving them. Keep your writtern goals close by so that you can read it daily(fridge door)this will help you keep motivated, consisitant and passionate about reaching your goals.

Practice positive belief.
By using tools such as positive self talk, visualisation, affirmative journal writing on a regular basis you are making your goal a reality.

Seek people that will aid you in your goals.
Whether this is on an emotional or physical level, both, friends and family play a crucial role in supporting and encouraging you.
By telling everyone what you are trying to acheive it create a circle of encouragement and space to acheive your goals

By following this, you will go a long way in reaching your dreams.
