Outdoor Training - Take advantage of your beautiful surroundings!! Let nature be your gym.

- Swing sets can be used for a stability challenge, have your feet on the seat and perform push ups off the ground. Do lunges on the spot with your back foot up on the swing step.
- A low barrier off the ground can be used for hamstring levers, simply hook your feet under the bar and kneel, leaning forward in a straight plank then allow your hamstrings to pull you back upright.
- Stairs are perfect - try them one step at a time, 2 steps at a time, 3 steps at a time... for an added backside workout ensure you have your entire foot on the step and push up through your heels.
- Simply use hills to your advantage, every time you see one, sprint up it!
- Benches are great for resistance training. You can use them for step ups, for tricep dips, for push ups, even for balance like one legged squats.
