10 Fitness Ideas for Beginners





  1. Find a workout buddy
  2. Track your progress
  3. Warm up before you start to exercise 
  4. Get comfortable (wear correct footwear, hat,water ,supprtive bra and comfatable cotton clothes)
  5. Train for your personality type (is boot camp really for you; conversely is yoga/tai chi?)
  6. Start slow
  7. Ask for advice
  8. Push your limits after afew weeks 
  9. Exercise in the morning
  10.  Do what’s most important to you first
